For the construction of new roads, the Municipal Transportation Bureau, in conjunction with the Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau, has revised the Shenzhen Urban Planning Standards and Guidelines for E Road Bike , mandating the simultaneous installation of independent non motorized vehicle lanes on new roads during the construction approval process.
