In case of disputes between consumers and merchants during the Ebike purchase process, the association will provide relevant legal, regulatory, and consumer rights consultation and advice to consumers, guiding them on how to reasonably protect their rights and interests; The association can act as a third-party mediation agency to assist both parties in communication and negotiation to resolve disputes; At the same time, the association can assist the Provincial Market Supervision Administration in regulating the behavior of merchants in the industry, improving the quality of electric vehicle products, and promoting the self-discipline and standardized development of the industry.

The association plans to actively create conditions and seek support from multiple parties over a period of 2 to 3 years to build the Hainan Free Trade Port Electric Bicycle Electronic Industry Park, and establish a one-stop service system for the production, supply, sales, and research of Electric Bicycles in the park, fully enhancing the competitiveness of the Hainan electric bicycle industry.
